Japheth Kasanga has had an industrious music career that spans over 35 years.  In 1990, he went into full-time music ministry and business, becoming the founding director of his private record and publishing companies, recording Studios, and a school of music named the Kassanga Music Centre Ltd (KMC Productions). Accumulatively, this makes up a market catalog of over 200 productions totaling over 3000 music works through Hitscore Recording Studios, Kassanga Music Stores, Kassanga Productions, The School of Music, and the recently launched Kassanga School of Church Music that has several branches in Kenya.  He has earned several Awards for his outstanding contribution from the Kisima Awards, the Groove Awards, the Kenya Music Festival, AFLEWO, and the Presidential Commendation Award-OGW among many others.  With his wife and four (4) children, Japheth Kasanga runs the family businesses; they are all gifted players in different areas within the Kenyan Music Industry.
